1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content posted on KennFlik infringes your copyright, you must provide a written DMCA Notice that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the platform;
• Your contact information (email, address, phone number);
• A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If your content has been removed and you believe this was done in error, you may file a DMCA Counter-Notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or New Jersey if outside the U.S.);
• Your contact information (email, address, phone number).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

KennFlik will terminate user accounts that repeatedly violate copyrights. We may also restrict service usage, remove services, or suspend withdrawals.

5. Misuse of DMCA

Filing false or fraudulent DMCA notices is punishable under law and may lead to account suspension or legal liability.
