Marketplace Rules

Community standards for using the KennFlik marketplace.

1. Respect & Professionalism

KennFlik is a professional marketplace. All Users (Buyers and Sellers) must treat each other with respect, avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks, and maintain a professional tone in all communications.

2. When Posting Services or Requests

Whether you are creating a Gig as a Seller or posting a request as a Buyer, you agree to:

  • Use clear, honest titles and descriptions that accurately reflect the work, scope, and expectations;
  • Avoid misleading claims, fake portfolios, or exaggerated promises;
  • Not request or offer illegal, harmful, or unsafe services;
  • Not post spam, duplicate, or near-duplicate Gigs or requests solely to game search or visibility;
  • Not include contact details or off-platform payment instructions;
  • Respect intellectual property rights - do not request or upload content you have no rights to use.

KennFlik may remove or edit listings that violate these rules or harm the integrity of the marketplace.

3. On-Platform Communication & Payments

To protect all Users and maintain trust in the platform:

  • All project-related communication must stay on KennFlik;
  • All payments must be processed through KennFlik's checkout system;
  • Sharing personal contact or payment details for the purpose of circumventing KennFlik fees is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in order cancellation, loss of privileges, or account suspension.

4. Fraud & Security

Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Fake orders or reviews;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Identity theft or use of stolen payment methods;
  • Phishing or attempts to obtain sensitive data.

KennFlik may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reversing transactions, closing accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement where required by law.

5. Content Standards

Content on KennFlik must not include:

  • Hate speech or incitement to violence;
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material;
  • Graphic violence or gore;
  • Defamation, harassment, or bullying;
  • Malware, hacking tools, or security exploits;
  • Content that infringes any copyright, trademark or other IP rights.
