We are looking for an experienced AWS professional to set up and configure an Amazon Connect instance for our business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and be able to customize it to meet our specific needs, including:
Instance Setup: Initial setup of Amazon Connect within our AWS environment.
Contact Flow Design: Design and implement custom contact flows, including IVR menus, queue configurations, and routing profiles.
Integration: Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB) and third-party systems (such as CRM, Helpdesk).
Security Configuration: Ensure proper security measures are in place, including user access controls, encryption, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Testing & Training: Conduct thorough testing of the setup and provide training documentation for our team to manage and maintain the system.
Ongoing Support: Potential for ongoing support and updates as needed.
