How KennFlik reviews order disputes and escalations

Last updated: May 17, 2026

This Dispute Policy explains how KennFlik handles disagreements relating to orders, custom offers, CompanyLab workflows, deliverables, refunds, chargebacks, fraud signals, and related support escalations on the Platform.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Buyer Policy, Seller Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Before You Open a Dispute

1. Try to resolve it in the order

Use the order page, revisions, milestones, and on-platform messaging first. Many issues can be resolved faster there than through formal escalation.

2. Submit a clear dispute record

Explain what was agreed, what happened, what remedy you want, and attach the relevant files, screenshots, timeline, and order references.

3. Cooperate with review

Support may request more context, pause payouts, or review account and payment history before deciding the outcome.

2. When a Dispute May Be Opened

A dispute may be appropriate when an order has materially gone off track, including where there is non-delivery, materially incomplete work, scope mismatch, suspected fraud, unauthorized account activity, safety concerns, or another serious issue that cannot be resolved through normal order tools.

KennFlik may also open, convert, escalate, or continue a review on its own initiative when we detect policy violations, payment risk, chargeback activity, abuse, or platform-security issues.

3. What to Include

The party opening a dispute should provide enough detail for support to understand the agreement, the problem, and the requested outcome.

  • Order requirements, scope documents, custom offers, milestone details, or checkout records
  • Messages, revision requests, delivery notes, uploaded files, screenshots, or timestamps from KennFlik
  • Proof of completion, proof of non-delivery, or evidence that the work materially differed from what was purchased
  • Safety, fraud, impersonation, or policy-violation evidence when the dispute involves abuse rather than ordinary delivery quality

Support may give reduced weight to evidence that was created or exchanged off-platform when the same transaction should have been handled through KennFlik systems.

4. Review Process

KennFlik reviews disputes using the records available to us, which may include order history, messages, uploaded files, account activity, delivery timing, payout status, risk signals, and prior policy enforcement history.

During review, we may pause withdrawals, hold funds, limit account features, request additional documentation, or preserve records. We may close a dispute if a party does not cooperate or if the evidence does not support the claim.

We aim to review disputes fairly and consistently, but response times can vary based on complexity, evidence quality, payment-processor requirements, and the need to protect Users or the Platform.

5. Possible Outcomes

  • A full or partial refund, platform credit, or cancellation where justified under the facts and related policies
  • Release of funds or continuation of the order when the evidence supports the original transaction
  • A requirement that one or both parties complete additional steps inside the order workflow
  • Account warnings, listing removal, payout holds, or other enforcement action if support identifies fraud, abuse, or policy violations

Outcomes depend on the record as a whole. KennFlik may consider the original scope, revision history, delivery status, policy compliance, and payment risk before deciding whether funds should be released, held, reversed, or credited.

6. Chargebacks, Off-Platform Conduct, and Abuse

Filing a payment dispute with your card issuer or bank does not prevent KennFlik from reviewing the same transaction under our internal policies. If a chargeback, reversal, or fraud report is filed, we may restrict accounts, reverse credits or payouts, or keep funds on hold while the payment issue is investigated.

Attempts to manipulate the dispute process, seek free work, hide evidence, pressure another User to move payments off-platform, or submit knowingly false claims may result in dismissal of the dispute and separate enforcement action.

7. Contact and Records

For active order issues, use the Resolution Center or support tools available in your account when possible. For general dispute questions, contact support@kennflik.com. If the issue involves formal legal notices, use legal@kennflik.com.

We may retain dispute records, evidence, communication history, and payment-review data for safety, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
