Create and maintain agency services from agency mode. When an order is recorded as agency-owned, manage it through the agency order and workspace surfaces available to authorized members. Keep customer communication, requirements, files, delivery, and order actions on-platform. Assign internal work carefully; the agency remains responsible for the agency service and customer delivery.
